Last updated: March 2026
1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of chatbricks.io website and all related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
chatbricks.io is currently in development. The future service will be an AI-powered platform that generates buildable 3D brick models with building instructions. We currently offer a Founding Member program that secures early access and lifetime discounts on the future service. Features, availability, and scope may change during the development phase.
3. Registration
Registration with a valid email address is required for the Founding Member program and future features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Usage Rights
Once the service launches, you receive the unrestricted right to use models and building instructions generated by chatbricks.io freely – both personally and commercially. There are no restrictions.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. By using the service, you grant us permission to process it to provide our services. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. LEGO® Trademark
LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. chatbricks.io is an independent service and is not sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
7. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, including:
- Creating copyright-infringing content
- Generating offensive or illegal models
- Manipulating or circumventing technical safeguards
- Automated mass queries without permission
You are responsible for the legality of your inputs. chatbricks.io assumes no liability for the use of generated models based on copyrighted or trademarked source material.
8. Limitation of Liability
The future AI service is currently in development and will be provided without warranty for availability, completeness, or freedom from errors. In particular, we will not guarantee the buildability or structural stability of generated models.
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Otherwise, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. You then have the option to object to the changes or terminate your registration. Minor changes (e.g., clarifications or editorial adjustments) will be published on this page.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply if more favorable.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Leipzig. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply; in particular, they may sue at their place of residence.
